Bill Cove has been named as the replacement for Graham Chester who departs The Manor to take over first team affairs at Tilbury FC. Chester leaves the Manor after a successful 2007/2008 Season said "I have really enjoyed my spell at the Manor, I would like to thank Reg Curtis Club Chairman for his help and support whilst I was in charge, also a special thank you to Alex Lee Club General Manager and Paul Tandy Club Media Manager who have both given me thier total backing throughout my spell at the Club.

I leave the Manor in great shape as did my predecessor Kirk Whitelock when he handed me the reigns back in 2007. I will say my proper farewells at the Manor Awards on Saturday 21st June.

I wish the Manor and Bill Cove well for the future and look forward to seeing them progress into the Ryman League.

Club Chairman Reg Curtis Said " I can not hide my disappointment to see Chester go, he has been a superb Manager and I will always be grateful for the success he has brought to the Club, however, I understand he needs a new challenge and needs to move on, therefore I am delighted to confirm the new appointment of Bill Cove as first team Manager, Bill has been a successful player at Senior level, playing for Walthamstow Pennant, Enfield Town and Bishop Stortford. Bill played for the Manor back in 2004 and has been a friend of the Club for Many years.
