Unable to log in

Ian I have been trying to (unsuccessfully) log in for a few days. It will not allow me to log on, even with the passwords I have requested. Any help will be appreciated.

Everytime I try to log in it tells me my password is not right, even though I am using the new password sent by E-Mail.

Sometimes it asks me if I want to change it as it doesn't match, I confirm it, but it still goes back to the log in page.

Hi Fleety. I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I use Firefox and found it was a blip in my browser. I'm trying to remember what i did to rectify it. I think it was in 'Internet Settings' or 'Cookies'. Sorry i cant be more help, but i'm a plug it in and use it kinda gal!
