Luckily I hadn't left yet. Having spent two hours and forty minutes on the train from Egham to London yesterday to arrive at a two-hour lecture with only fifteen minutes left, I would not have relished another pointless train journey.

Yeah. I just spoke to my mate Dave and he was just about to buy a ticket at Victoria.

 

Allstars got a full refund on his ticket which was a result.

well what a weekend just got back from bognor this afternoon.left my house at 07.45am unware of what was going on.got to the ground at 1 45pm only to see todays match postponed message on the gates.

although disappointed thats life i am afraid. managed at least to the see the sea god it was bloody rough.

lets hope we have better luck on saturday for the york match.

Did you get a look at the pitch?

Was it as bad as it sounds?

gates locked up walked around the other side but it was just not possible to view any part of the stadium.

on the way home some fields were completely flooded guess we do not need much more rain or freezing temperatures or tuesday may be in question.

Because of whether during the week, the grounds still frozen so rainwater can only lay on the surface.

Just to let you know,the pitch is no longer frozen,all the water has drained off,the groundsman was actually cutting the grass this morning,so all is looking good for tomorrow,and you have a nice home draw in the 2nd round.
