Woody SUFC 2
WR- Most likely! Although us 'drinkers' are staying in Windsor for as long as possible as quite frankly there is nothing near to the ground! Staines- No idea. I'd guess at least 100.
Windsor Rebel 202
Best pub near the ground is the White Horse in Hedgerley, although its not walkable, you will need a car, the bar is OK at Beaconsfield but not footie clubs prices:
Woody SUFC 2
Like i said we're staying in Windsor!

Giant Reed 2
Let's hope the game's on! A heavy frost is forecast. Just what you need on top of a soaking wet pitch! Maybe we could play Slough at ice hockey instead??
Fuzzy Royal 15
I hope we can see you in the bar at some time and introduce ourselves properly. PS lets not play Slough at Ice hockey they are a bit good at that!! unlike the footy team LOL!!! Be good to put a face to a name see you on saturday
Giant Reed 2
I'll be the one with the hang glider. By the way,i had to get a new one. I had to ditch the old one in the Thames after a particularly nasty birdstrike. Difference is I DIDN'T MAKE A BIG SONG AND DANCE ABOUT IT THOUGH!! I'll give you a wave. Full updates here:- http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/se/high_wycombe_latest_weather.html Although it says it's High Wycombe I did use the club post code!
Matt 184
Bit more than 150 from us I should bloody well hope! If it's on I'd be hoping for 400+ in total. It wasn't so long ago (3 or 4 years) that Windsor - Slough games attracted crowds of 600 - 750 at Stag Meadow. Would have been nice if we'd been nearer the top of the table as the game would be an attractive prospect to a lot more people.
Staines-upon-Thames Rebel 1
So Woody your 100 was an over-estimate, shall we say you managed 80 and that is poor considering how far away you are. As for the score, ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,

windsorian 1
Remember staines only counts fans who are stood behind the goal.
windsorian 1
I must say i was proud of the players today despite a slow start and conceeding a bizzare own goal even with 10 men we held our own and never gave up even when 3-1 down and we nearly nicked an equaliser late on,we ripped the slough defence apart at times and only their excellent goalkeeper came to their rescue, sort of out of place in a slough side which looks very shaky in defence. An own goal,a dodgy penalty and a out of character fumble by Rob, we were stretched playing the game with 10 men for so long. Our heads never went down and we continued to press to get the goals. Slough fans as usual showed their chav behaviour when our players left the pitch.

I actually felt that by our standard we defended quite well today, and its typical of us to be on the back foot against 10-men. And as that "dodgy penalty", what game were you watching? Seedel clearly hacked down Bubb inside the area. We should have had another penalty in he first half aswell with one of your defenders climbing all over our forward! Your no.8 was lucky to stay on the pitch as well.
chris sliski 11
For all the pre match banter and comments .. Time for Windsor to eat humble pie...or is it sour grapes from a few...again for a team near the top and unbeaten for 18 matches, who had to travel about 8 miles ..to bring the few supporters that you did , is a crying shame... your team deserve better... anyhow after all said and done...revenge is sweet...sorry but thats how the slough supporters feel after your 6 - 2 thrashing of the rebels..last year... and ask Scott to grow up ! god knows how he will react if he gets beat again... windsorian 1
Be happy while it lasts, next week you will be crying into your beer at truro lol
dansilk 9
Actually, I'd rather they beat Truro, or at least draw. Nothing personal.
Woody SUFC 2
Well done slough for winning your cup final! It was actually quite funny to see how much it means to you when for us it was more or less 'just another game' now we've got bigger fish to fry. We were poor and you wanted it more but you only just beat us with 10 men. Hardly the 'giant' killing you are making out!!
Ian 191
Our cup final??!! Ha ha. Given that I was stood behind you and the other Windsor fans in the first half and witnessed the mass hysteria over every little decision I'd say it was Windsor's big day out!!
Woody SUFC 2
Trust me that was quite calm for that lot!!!
Giant Reed 2
I knew it!I bladdy well knew it!We ain't gonna win nothing this year!I said it right from the start I said "we ain't gonna win nothing this year"and people laughed, well who's laughing now? Not me thats for bladdy sure and not them neither! The whole promotion dream is crumbling like a big pack of cards, and there's nothing we can do to stop it.Nothing. The rots set in I hate football. Martin 133
Our cup final? Jesus christ make your mind up. One minute you think we are too big for our boots and still think we are a massive non-league club mixing it with "village" teams and the next you are telling us that a league game with you lot is our cup final. We celebrated that result as we would any other. Particularly given the circumstances of the game. Of course perhaps it was a bit sweeter given the abuse some of you lot continually hurl at Slough and the fact we got so embarrassingly turned over at your place. A neutral would have been enthralled by the game. It had everything if you ask me. A good advert for this league even though you weren't at your best. The ref was crap but I think he was equally awful for both sides. So far this season you've still impressed me as the best side we've seen and on previous form you should still be able to get promotion. Good luck to you.
Giant Reed 2
Promotion??? Thats a laugh. We ain't gonna win nothing this year.
Woody SUFC 2
Agreed Giant Reed. And on the back of that performance Slough are Play off contenders!
