Ie7 Vista?

Ian, I'm using Vista and when I go to log-in using IE 7 the login-box does not appear, just white empty space? This a known issue? Using FF at the mo.

I'm having the same problem as well.

 

I'm using IE7 and Windows XP.

Have logged a ticket & posted in the support forum.

 

Will advise when I hear.

 

If I do not, I will call the US and ask someone.

I have spoken with a tech in the USA - he is referring to one of his colleagues who will have a look at it this evening.

 

Hopefully we will have a resolution shortly.

I have re-set my password (thanks for that) by sending the new password request.

 

When I follow links to log in or to sign in nothing appears

So try logging in at say 10:15pm.

Okay - can you try now for me - have reversed the only script change that I have made today (in case that was the cause)

Problem is I don't know as to whether they made a change or it was me LOL

 

If you don't mind, I will probably make the change again, and then if you can see if you still have a problem with logging out and back in.

 

I will update this thread if that is okay when I have made the changes.

All seems well now. Can log in OK!!!
