25th August is a Bank Holiday and 12th April I suspect is Easter Monday so both those matches will be 3:00 kick offs.

and 7:45 kick off on Boxing day, I don't think so

February's not the best time for a holiday in Cornwall. Can we bring the Exeter game forward to September...?

I just presumed they were right but what you say makes sense.

What they have done is that if it isn't a Saturday, it does down as 7:45.

It seems we have two midweek home matches Aldershot & Dagenham, both big crowd potential.

Most of the fixtures fit in with work nicely - apart from 8 away games and possibly 1 home game.

No doubt that will all change when these slavedrivers force through their proposals to change our work pattern.

Still, may have changed jobs by then.....

***That's an awfully long time between semi and final. And very tough on players who are looking forward to a holiday, especially if a part-time team makes the play-offs.

Just what I was thinking,

not really much considertion for the team or the fans.

Still I suppose they think all teams are full-time, and they could stay up North for a week's holiday.

I think that the computer has been quote friendly to us this year, as we push for bigger crowds and another year of conference survival.

Hopefully a bumper crowd for the first home game against Burton, what with no prem games and Gills / West Ham away oop north and Millwall with an uninspiring home game against Wigan.

A concerted advertising campaign, and who knows we may reach nigh on 2000.

We have a couple of potentially big mid week games with crowds possibly in excess of 2000 ( Daggers and Aldershot )

In the traditional pre xmas lull in attendances, we only have 1 home game , and thats Woking in the saturday before Xmas, so hopefully we can do better than the 800 or so that we got in the pre xmas games of last year, as well as hopefully this year the traditional xmas holiday game against Margate will get played on the correct day thus ensuring another big crowd.

And lastly we don't seem to clash with the Gills as much as we did last season, and we always manage to attract a few stray Gills fans when they are away.

Couple that with the fact, that are first few games are against clubs whom we will be competing with for mid table status, and that our last 4 games do not look to be the toughest, I am full of confidence of survival and an average crowd of over 1600 is well within our grasp.

Up the Fleet and roll on August the 9th.
