he's still trying to swerve the issue so I pointed out that he should behave like a gentleman and accept the wager that he started off....

By even considering this, i have dropped to your level, heck if you accept the terms i mentioned, i'll even eat the choclate hat wearing a Hornchurch scarf in your club bar, a refer to you as a supior being in all my posts on this and the proper Ryman fans forum for a month. All you have to do is equal or better Sutton's final posistion from last season.

What wager? I used a figure of speech, i have offered a proper wager, meet it if you want, if not, i will understand fully that some people aren't, well, up to it. Which is a shame, because you keep boasting.

1) Eat my hat, figure of speech, even your copy of the Dandy may of mentioned this before

2) I offered you a proper challange, not one taken from a figure of speech, and you have yet to decline, i'm sure Hornchurch FC (whoever they are) could do with the publicity, unlike the famous Sutton United FC.

3) Swerve what? I'm up for a bit of fun like the next guy, thing is, i don't find you funny really (well not laugh with funny), and since you can not take a figure of speech for what it is, i've offered you a challage, heck you don't have to pay to much to a charity should i win, and if you win, i would have to wear a Hornchurch whilst eating said Choclate hat, and if we're talking about starting it, IIRC you Urchins (that is your nickname right, i don't know much about you, since you swerved all questions as to the details of your club)were boasting about how great you are, and that you could even win the league, to which i replied on another forum if you win the league or finish top 14, i'll eat my hat' maybe the latter part of that statement was over the top, but the former part (i.e. if you win the league) remains. And if you're game, and HFC finish within the top 6 of the Ryman Premier, i will eat my choclate hat for you.
