Romford v Concord Tuesday 9th March

Recommended Posts

Tuesday night Romford entertain their old enemy from Canvey, Concord Rangers in what promises to be an unforgettable match.

It will be a match between two teams of contrasting styles who genuinely don't like each other, Romford with their silky skills and a Concord side who have gained quite a reputation for gamesmanship. It wont be a match for the faint hearted but it does have all the ingredients to be the Rymans League match of the season.

And foodies needn't worry about going hungry as Romford probably sell the best grub in non league football.

ha ha laughable comments there.

The only possible ingredients to make it an unforgettable match is the usual bitterness towards any team which has hornchurch connections, namely mr cowley and a few other ex hornchurch players.

Shame that we have a game as i am sure a few of us would of ventured over to see our friends from concord rip your ailing team apart.

As for best food in non league football i would suggest you try the thousand or so other clubs before passing judgement,no doubt your food is of a decent standard but to say it is probably the best in non league football is usual hyped up romford bias

You really are so bitter and twisted bird boy. This is a match almost everyone in Havering has been talking about for months now.

The food we offer our guests is a bit more than "of a decent standard" and our bar prices are considerably cheaper than yours.

I for one would rather watch a full blooded competitive game between RFC and Concord than a meaningless Mickey Mouse cup match between Romford rejects and Chelmsford City reserves.

ha ha you are a grade a fool "the match that almost everyone in havering have been talking about for months now"

I Can see the staff at the sainsburys in the brewery all chatting away about it on their tea/lunch breaks over the next few days.

I hope concord enjoy their trip to thurrock tuesday

I think you will find your bar prices are not considerably cheaper than ours

This will be one of the few matches where brilliant football, drama, and excitement is guaranteed.

All this plus a great atmosphere provided by a passionate well behaved Romford crowd make this a match that people will be talking about for years.

fenny, you do talk a load of nonsence.Passionate, well behaved crowd, only because you lot are too old to kick off nowadays

Romford v Concord is going to be the best and most eagerly awaited Rymans League match for years.

The fact that Romford are now the team everyone is talking about, and because we are back in the big time its making supporters of rival clubs a little insecure, and rightly so.

everybody was certainly talking about them letting in 4 goals at Ware!!

Everyone in Romford are still talking about Concord players trashing our dressing room a few years ago because Romford had the audacity to not let them win.

When I hear anyone talk about Concord most people agree the best thing about the club is their diving instructor, who is apparently very good at his job.
