teams who finish in positions 14 - 20 are in playoffs, 20-24 relegated, Ryman Div 1 North champions and Div 1 South champions also in playoffs

I think the teams in 20-24 stay were they are, although that would effectively be a relegation as the new Ryman Premier would be one level lower in the pyramid. The 13 teams promoted to the Conference 2 would be replaced by the top teams in the two existing first divisions.

In the playoff, the winners of Div 1(N) and Div 1(S) play off first then play off with the 7 teams from places 14-20 until only one is left. No summer holidays for some!

Surely, there are at least four teams that are worse than us.

On the current table, that's Northwood, Billericay, Braintree and Harrow - all of whom have had the (mis)fortune of playing Kettering.

And all of them lost - Kettering will struggle playing teams outside of bottom four.

Actually, Braintree and Billericay beat us in embarrassing fashion.

Bedford beat Braintree and Billericay, but lost to Northwood, and we are yet to play Harrow, although that fixture is coming up.
