Some big bloke dressed in all black.......had a whistle in his hand!

So it wasn't a certain person who occasionally posts on here then, it sounds as if Cockfosters didn't do themselves any favours last night

Like NF said the number 9 was the worst of the lot but i think it was more him wanting to do well......he will cause a few problems with his strength and height.

The plot thickens, Norwich United v Ampthill Town was postponed!

The plot thickens even further folks if that's possibe. Norwich United entertained village side Acle United last Saturday afternoon which means they were at least given some notice that Ampthill Town weren't coming to town however clearly not enough time to get a decent replacement which they would have wanted just two weeks ahead of their start in the Ridgeons Premier Division!

Latest from Hertford is 0-0

Assistant ref/lino has apparently torn his groin muscle after about 30 mins ish.. currently awaiting a replacement?

A groin injury is apparently the cause. Not even the magic of new physio Vicky can help.

Acle United are only one level below Ampthill!

Horace - Yes, but, like I said, Norwich United were clearly scrabbling around to find opponents last Saturday following Ampthill Town's eleventh, sorry, twelfth hour cry off!

Colney Heath v St Albans City XI (7.00pm)

Colney Heath 1 St Albans City XI 1

Saints side, containing mainly reserves and triallists, drew 1-1 with Colney Heath last night at the Recreation Ground. Dom Petrucci (pictured) scored a fine solo goal in the first half and also rattled the home crossbar from a free kick in the second period.
