Play off dates

Recommended Posts

Apparantly both the Play Off Semi Finals HAVE to be played on the Wednesday Night, not Tuesday.

Surely this will be a problem with the athletics club if they dont want to change.

Could anyone confirm if this is right.

Also, someone said the final is on Monday 7th at 3pm,if we get there.

Isn't this the same date as the Championship play off which could involve West Ham at the same time????

Love to know who makes these decisions and what thought processes go into it,

Hopefully, the athletics club will realise the importance of this to AFCH and will be flexible in their approach - it's only one date after all.

If not, do we then have to give up home advantage in the semis?

maybe they will, but on the bit of literature i read it said all ryman prem play off games MUST be played on Wednesday 3rd and this was agreed by all clubs at the start of the season.

I am sure that if this is the case that the club would of made provisions for this by maybe swapping a wednesday with a thursday for the athletics club, only hoping the athletics club don't go funny on us and refuse, can see that happening

Have heard today that it will be on the Wednesday and it has been agreed that we swap with the Athletics club.

my only problem with this is......Why,when most clubs play on a tuesday night can the Ryman league just not leave this alone!!!!!!!
