IMO any football club that goes tits up and then reforms, should start again at the very bottom, and not be allowed to pay players or transfer fees until all the creditors have been payed in full.

As usual Alan,your arguement is flawed.

How could you possibly put a club like Rangers into the lowest level of Scottish football,how would the small clubs afford to police the away games.

I do agree about clubs paying back money but you can't compete as a club if every bit of money coming in goes straight back out to creditors.

Some clubs do pay it back slowly and are more careful once bust.

Surely the club (which) cant make decisions on its own should not be hindered , surely the people who have been in control of the club i.e david murray possibly craig whyte should be punished

Agreed,it's always the fans and new owners of clubs who pay.

When Luton got penalised,way too harshly in my opinion,it was the new owners,who only had the best intentions in mind who were penalised,not the old owners,bloody ridiculous

So while david murray (who in my eyes should be facing criminal charges) walks free the club dies

The sfa in the mean time changes the rules as the clubs on its knees
