Exeter's CVA has been approved by 88% of their creditors which means that provided it is agreed by the shareholders it will go ahead.

Presumably this means that the points deduction will go ahead of either 10 or 12 points sometime in the near future.

Interestingly, as confguide points out, Hereford also have a CVA, but because it is a long-running agreement and began before this season, they would be exempt from any points deductions. Admittedly, they are paying the full 100p in the pound, but it just goes to show that these new rules could go on to affect more clubs than first thought.

P.S. I see Benno scored again for Dagenham last night, in a 4-1 win over Leyton Orient in the LDV Vans Trophy. Oh well, I don't mind if they keep on saving their worst performances for the league. grin.gif
