Wealdstone

I must admit, when we played and beat them in the Middlesex Charity Cup final a couple of seasons ago I thought there was an element of their fans who were twats. They were personally abusive to some of our players and were quite intimidating to the Town fans.

Small minded gibbons. You lot not them. Sure they get a bit heated during their matches but perhaps that's the passion in their cause. Most of them are quite human when you get to know them. But doubt if you'd ever speak to someone from a different team (unless you were hiding behind your computer screen).

How many people really have had a problem with Wealdstone? They may be noisy, they may be a bit abusive, but I think it only gets noticed and commented on because they are there in bigger numbers than the vast majority of other clubs in their division (and a number of Premier Division clubs).

I've been to a number of Wealdstone games over the years, and have heard nothing that is any worse than I've heard anywhere else.

Have you actually spoken to any Wealdstone supporters before or after a game, they are normally friendly and approachable enough. Just ask the Stortford and Maidenhead supporters. They don't seem to have any problems with Wealdstone.

I think the problem is that these clubs with a dozen supporters associate noise with thuggery. I really enjoyed both matches between the rebels and the stones last season (despite only picking up 1 point in 6) as there was atmosphere at both games. They make noise, we make noise. Boo-hoo to everybody else who don't have the support to make any noise and then winge about us being a bunch of moaners.

Gaz you're a bit of a spaz.

Err this Cheshunt fan didn't mind Wealdstone from www.isthmianforum.co.uk

"Saturday. I thought the games turned when the Stones midfielder missed a sitter a minute before half time when it was 0-0. After that we took our chances and Wealdstone didn't. Nice to see the stewards and Manager wait to shake all ours hands after the game and say well done."

"I have to say I quite enjoyed it. Nice to play in front of a few fans for once even if they were supporting the home side. I thought they were good value and only really got abusive when a few handbags started flying. Many of them also said well played afterwards. Think you should be in the shake up at the end, what with the new ground to look forward to as well."

ETFC? Yo ho genius. I honour your bias

Take the real club with the history who are there for the taking and stop wallowing in your ego trip.

Why don't you sort your own club out rather than getting involved with our situation? The real club is ETFC, we proved that when we beat you. The heart and soul that was at EFC moved on to ETFC. Other clubs have re-formed in the past and traced their history back to the former club. We have done the same, it's only a matter of time before EFC officially disband.
