I'll 'streak' in my local if you like?

The people of L**ds are in for a real treat, imagine my excuse to the 'old bill'- now that would be of real FA Cup proportions!

Good Luck you Reeeeeeeeeeeeeds

Excellent news. Notts County's financial state (i.e. it could be their last ever game, as their deadline to come out of administration is December the 9th) seems to be the reason why Sky have selected our tie, but who cares? smile.gif

Let's just hope our 'floating' fanbase turns up to the game instead of taking the easy option and slumping down in front of the box.

Also, let's hope that we hardcore supporters make it too - it's going to be a bit disorientating leaving the house to get to the game at a time of day when we would normally already be there!

But before FA Cup day arrives, we must make sure we concentrate hard on our next few league games, as Andy has already stated - there's some tough games coming up.

Live coverage, financially, is fantastic news!!! except.............

Given that we have the best goalkeeper on the planet: unless we defend as well as we did on Saturday, some bloody league club are bound to spot just how good he is and will try and tempt him away !!!!!

Just a point, but where have Sky confirmed their coverage of the mighty Fleet ? Couldn't find any mention of it on their web site or TV.

On the map...at long, long last !!

Let the proper local team show them what conference footy is all about

Would 'official' videos or DVDs of the game be available? I haven't got Sky and would love to have a copy...unless, of course, we got stuffed!!!

I dabble in a bit of DVD mastering at work, so if the club OK the copyright with Sky, I could probably put a DVD together.

Both teams will get 50 grand for being on sky, its not shared between clubs. How many away fans can your ground take? There'll be quite a few of us there i'd think because it could be the last game we play - the deadline set by the football league is december the 9th.

I'd like to think we'll beat you comfortably, but you never know in football, and you especially never know when Notts County are playin

Where's the best place for away fans to have a drink near the ground?

See you all on the 6th, Woolley

Our ground holds just over 4000, not sure how many the away end holds, probably 7-800. The Plough pub is opposite the main entrance to the ground. Hope its not the last game you play but on the day you won't get any sympathy on the pitch. I doubt if there will be much between the teams and we are convinced we can beat you. Good luck and see you on the 6th

Not sure about the away allocation - I'd expect it not to be too great as there should be a fairly large demand locally.

Shame it could be your last game - I might have to purchase a Notts County shirt for historic purposes!

It should be a close game - your team only just edged us out 3 years ago & we had a lower standard team then! (No disrespect to that team but it's the truth!)

Nearest pubs - The Plough (outside the ground), George & Dragon (half mile towards Dartford on A226), Coopers Arms (top of hill not too far from Northfleet station).

See you on the 6th!

The minimum allocation is 15% of the tickets, which would come in at 600. How many more than that will depend upon demand at both clubs.

More details later.

Cheers for the info guys. Not expecting any sympathy on the pitch. It shouldn't be the last game if things go to plan, but if we get to the 6th and we're still not sure whether we'll be able to play the next game expect to see an awful lot of tearful Notts fans. Last time we thought we might never be able to see Notts play again (earlier this season vs luton) i was cryin my eyes out. hope i dont have to go through that again

I hope you don't have to go through that again. Always think it is sad when this kind of thing happens to any club, as it is the really loyal supporters who feel it most and I,and I am sure many of our supporters, feel for you. Of course on the night we all want our own team to win. Do hope things go to plan for you off the pitch and maybe we will meet again in the Cup next season. Hope so.

Excellent News. My m8s grandad isn't well, so if he ain't better by then he can still watch the game live on sky. He used to come down a lot, and was an avid fleet supporter, so thats good for him. Will it be ticket based, or normal entrance? great tie, we can now pay them back for knocking us out at priestfield a couple of years ago.
