FF News
Conference club Barnet can confirm that Sam Hoskins has returned to League One side Yeovil Town. It was earlier announced that his loan deal with The Bees will not be extended after the striker's initial month-long deal with the club came to an end on Saturday. Hoskins arrived at The Hive on September 19th, and scored two goals during seven appearances for the Bees. He made an immediate impact by scoring with his first touch in a Barnet shirt after coming off the bench in the 5-0 win over Altrincham, before netting the winner in the following home match against Eastleigh a fortnight later. Commenting on his decision not to extend loan this morning, manager Martin Allen said: "I've had a good chat with Sam. He has obviously picked up that little injury a couple of weeks back. He has scored some good goals for us and he has played his part in helping us during Charlie MacDonald's injury. "We needed a centre forward and he has had a fantastic attitude. He is a first-class professional but we are not going to be taking Sam for another month. He has done a good job while he has been here but I have decided to look now in another direction."
