I asked them to unblock it and I've been told it'll take their engineers two to three weeks! Just found out the site's also been blocked on my iPhone as well! Either Virgin Media's engineers had nothing else to do, or they read my Chad-style email rant and thought it best to sort me out pronto! Relieved we have the excellent Pitchero site as backup.
