I note their cup match is just "postponed", whereas the previous cup game was awarded to the opposition as Cobham FC withdrew from the competition.

I can confirm that Cobham have withdrawn from the Surrey Premier Cup.

 

Their situation will be discussed at the next Management Meeting on Monday 8 December following which the League will issue a further statement.
