Conference South club Concord Rangers have announced that Jordan Chiedozie has joined League Two side Cambridge Untied.

The 20-year-old striker joined Rangers in July 2014 after leaving AFC Bournemouth, who he joined at the age of thirteen.

He has scored seven times for The Beachboys in eleven league and FA Cup appearances this season.

Chiedozie said: "I'm delighted to have signed for Cambridge United. It's a good step in the right direction for me. It's all gone through quickly and I would like to thank Cambridge for their patience as I know it was a difficult process.

"I came down to Cambridge, spoke to Richard Money and saw the direction in which the club is going and the plans they have. As soon as I came here I knew this was the right place for me to come.

"There was a number of options on the table for me, but I want to be in and around a first team set-up at a club that can help me improve as a player and I believe that Cambridge United is the best place for me to do that."
