Midfielder Kieran Wallace has left Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division club Ilkeston FC and joined League One side Sheffield United.

Wallace has signed a contract until the end of the season, and manager Kevin Wilson would like to congratulate him on his performances this season and wish him well in the next step in his future career.

The midfielder contacted The Robins during pre-season after being released by Nottingham Forest at the end of last season, enquiring about training with the club. After impressing in training, he played during pre-season and worked his way into the first-team squad.

He is the second player from the New Manor Ground to join The Blades this season, following in the footsteps of winger Che Adams.
