FF News
Hellenic League Premier Division club Reading Town have announced that they have been forced to introduce changes within their management structure. A statement reads: "It has become clear over this season that the input that Colin Millard has been putting into running the club and the team has been exceeding a fair level. Colin has been responsible for the general day-to-day running of the club as well as the team. "Colin felt he could not dedicate the time he would like to the team because of his other duties within the club. In light of this, Colin set about seeking further assistance either in running the club or the team. It was clear it was far easier to find people who wanted to help run the team rather than run the club. "With this in mind Colin has agreed to continue in his role as the club's general manager responsible for all daily activity, including football, reporting to the club's board of directors." "We are pleased to announce that Stuart Plumridge has accepted the role of team manager with immediate effect. A key part of Stuart's agreement with the club was that the football support team remained. We are very pleased to say this is the case."
