FF News
Conference club Grimsby Town have signed midfielder Nicky Walker on a loan deal to the transfer window from Championship side Rotherham United. The 20-year-old started out with The Millers as a youngster and went onto make his first-team debut whilst still in the youth system. He has since had a successful loan spell at League Two side Wycombe Wanderers, along with team-mate Daniel Rowe. There had been a concern that the player had broken his wrist and the move to Town would have been off, but although an x-ray has revealed a cracked bone, Walker was given the go ahead to continue playing.
