FF News
Conference North club Lowestoft Town have finally broken their hoodoo of having been drawn away from home on the last fourteen occasions in FA competitions. Town have landed a mouth-watering FA Trophy First Round tie against Conference outfit Dover Athletic, with the match being played at the Crown Meadow on Saturday 13th December. The Trawlerboys ensured their name was in the First Round hat for the third time in five years, after securing a patient and thoroughly deserved 2-1 win at Eastbourne Borough on Saturday. For Dover Athletic, this will be their first FA Trophy match of this season with the Conference club not entering the competition until this round.
