FF News
Joe Conchie has informed manager Carl Macauley, Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division club Marine, that he is sadly to retire from football at the age of just 21. This is due to ongoing severe pain after games as a legacy of two serious cruciate operations that he has undergone. The former Tranmere Rovers youth player featured three matches for The Mariners and scored the winning goal in the most recent game, at Droylsden on Tuesday. The club wish Joe the very best of luck after this devastating news. Source: Dave McMillan Source
