Just to mention I can't make the game due to a festive arrangement elsewhere (I couldn't have got to the original venue on time and took the other opportunity).

Place your bets as to who'll take the mic.

Liam, don't forget to lock the pitchfork away!!!!

The good news with the fixture change is that we have a home match, with the potential for another local game (away to CB Hounslow) if we progress to the next round.

Whilst these games do not generate any great income, it can be a pain in the neck if we have midweek trips to places like Chessington in a miserable period weather-wise, and I just hope the late change sees a reasonable gate at the RPS and a positive result after Saturday's excellent display by Ben's side.

Our pitch may be showing signs of being heavy, but compared with waterlogged Chalky Lane and bumpy Cove it should be a decent enough surface and hopefully withstand three matches in five days (incl. an U18's local derby on Weds night).

£5 for adults tonight, - better than some TV dross as an alternative.

GBBO Masterclss is on tv tonight so it's either sit through that  with the good lady or watch Ashford . No contest really. The Director of football will be at the ground tonight :D

Nice to catch up with a few people last night and a decent game as well. Screamer from Max Webb for the 3rd goal and impressed with the left back Mitchell Gough.

Thanks for opening up the tea bar on a chilly dank night Bob, much appreciated

Have a great Christmas all, hope to be back soon for another midweek game

Chess keeper did well considering he was injured for most of the second half, well played mate and hope you make a speedy recovery. Nice to see a few fans make the trip for the 'home' game as well

Glad you enjoyed your visit, chaps.

A half decent crowd for a hastily re-arranged game on a cold and eventually wet evening, when some would rather have been watching Chelsea on the telly.

As they say - if you enjoyed your time, please come again. If you had something to 'grouch about', then please tell us.

Nice to hear that our attempts to be a good place to visit for the friendship, humour and hospitality - whatever the result - are appreciated.
