Carthorse 61
Raynes Park Vale 2 Horley Town 3Another hard played game with Town taking all three points against mid table Raynes Park on their own patch, Raynes Park started the better and after ten minutes were awarded a penalty which they scored into the bottom corer of the net to go one nil up. Town started to get back into the game and got the equliser with a Ryan Brackpool goal on the half hour. Town were not finished and Aydan Richards added goal number two to make it two one to Town at Half time. Town were put under pressure at the star of the second half and Raynes Park got back into the game after five minutes to make it two two. Town kept battleing and Ryan Brackpool popped up agin to head in the winner at the far post with thirty played and give Town all three points.
aupostie 169
Cove 2 Windsor 0,Windsor will be kicking themselves as they had so much of this match, have to say they are amongst one of the best footyballing sides i have seen this season, some really talented players who pass and move very well and are a really fit side, the only thing they didn't do was kick the ball in the net and of course that is the most important thing to do,cove scored 2 good goals the 2nd one was a real beauty and the young lad who finished it looks to have a bright future lol, what a pleasure to watch 2 teams giving their all and not giving ground to each other some pretty hefty challenges from both sides but sensibly dealt with by the officials, thanks for the entertainment both teams.Only bad thing was me and my mates, Paul and Sandra Edwards, had to put up with that Grumpy old git Aupostie all afternoon ha ha ha yep sorry duncs, had to go & see what a grass pitch looked liked Krooner
TRS 319
I was talking to Kroons today about Windsor. It's all very well the goalie rolling the ball out to his defenders who then pass it around a bit before losing it in their own half resulting in them being on the defensive. Those tactics will only work in the Conference and above. Still, Windsor get decent crowds which most of us would kill for. If they're happy to watch this sort of football then fair play to them. They'll be in the CCL for a few years yet though unless they get a manager in who knows how to win at this level. A favoured tactic of Terry Brown in League 2 and it didn't work. Most of the time the opposition were wise to it and quickly closed us down. On the odd occasion they didn't, our players would generally fanny around with it at the back for 20 seconds before then presenting it to a member of the opposition! The fans hated it! duncs 266
Listen i'm not knocking Cam, its worked for them so you have to congratulate them I can see them winning this league, windsor played some good stuff today and thats what i like for my money, in fact i may even take in a few more of their matches from now on and next season in particular. Clementintime 7
Knaphill in the bottom 3. Fuming. It's great getting stands in, but what about keeping the club in this league. What have the board done? Who's in charge of this team? Players moaning at each other. Management have taken the team from midtable safety to relegation threatened in just 8 weeks. Dave Powell 30
Fairly comfortable win at Hartley for us today. Officials good. Always like it at Hartley and definitely better when you win! On to Guildford at home on Monday.
PhilRuggles 2
Frimley 3 Chertsey 3 A game of two halfs if I'm honest in my view. Chertsey scored with the last kick of the game to finish the game in a draw. We deserved our lead at half time but second half things seemed to stop for us. There was some positives but overall two points dropped I feel. Fair play Chertsey dug in till the end but we should have seen the game out. We have put massive pressure on ourselves now but we know what we need to do monday. Edited April 4, 2015 by PhilRuggles

It was never gonna be easy and you and the other guy have given it a bloody good shot,I still think you can get out of the relegation positions,, the problem is although you won a few games so did the teams around you,Camberley wont like me saying it but they did you a big favour yesterday and i think if you get a result against Farnham then you might be ok. Who's in charge of this team? Players moaning at each other. Management have taken the team from midtable safety to relegation threatened in just 8 weeks. It appears that the club decided to keep Keith in charge on a caretaker basis till the end of the season, ahead of more experienced individuals. It seems that they may regreat that now, as they are one of my favourites for the drop

Millers 31
The 'young lad' who scored the second for Cove should never be on that pitch but it always seems to be the same teams...We always seem to be short against Farnham and Windsor. Although it was a terrible scuffed finish it atones for Farnham where I should have perhaps scored one of a few half chances. Anyway... Thought it was a really good game and we were very pleased to come away with the 3 points in a tight affair. We had a number of players missing (as did Windsor judging from their line-up) and having suffered a pretty awful 3 weeks in which we have blown the chance for silverware I was very pleased with the determination shown. I hate the old saying 'two teams with nothing to play for' and I thought both teams displayed a real appetite to win the game. We feel we did more than enough to warrant the win with both goals coming after springing the Windsor high-line. We created a few good chances and perhaps could have put it to bed earlier with the 2nd, Duffers in particular running riot down our left handside and Calvin causing some real problems upfront. I agree Windsor played some decent stuff and will no doubt feel hard done by with the result. Windsor got into some very good positions without really causing our keeper many problems which will no doubt frustrate their travelling fans. With Parfitt/Paris both struggling but playing through injury, Everiss, PK, Jack Coventry, Toby Janaway and Jake Baxter all out for the season we could have folded and gone through the motions. Very pleased with the spirit in the camp and I am hopeful of a positive finish to our season. Krooner
Rother 260
"...springing the Windsor high line..." It seems about 75% of our goals conceded come from the opposition doing that. To be honest, with our lack of pace at the back, I can't really figure out why we play like that. Smudge

VPCTFC 125
I think the manager has done very well on zero budget since taking over and he and his assistant have built a good footballing side - to my knowledge the players are all very local and that was a part of the ethos when the budget was eliminated - trouble is, with both of those "restrictions" in place the pool is more limited than might otherwise be the case. Zero budget? How come you've put in seven dayers for players offering them £100 a game then? if you're offering that for a player at a lower team then we have to assume some of your more experienced players are on more. We're happy, you're happy, Duncs is happy, let's get on with it. no players at this level get £100 so i think you may have been lied to there VPCTFC,as for me being happy i am always happy to see one of my former clubs doing well, you see in a way i have contributed towards your success the only thing is we had a team in place 5 or 6 years ago that would of got you promoted long before now.Now I hope you win the league and the cup its in your hands as they say
VPCTFC 125
Cheers Duncs. If one of my oldest mates is lying to me then so be it. As we said in discussion today - it doesn't matter if clubs are paying nothing or £200 a player but don't pretend you're not paying anything when you are. If I won the lottery I'd probably put a lot of money into CTFC. I wouldn't pretend I wasn't though. It's like the difference between Forest Green Rovers and North Ferriby United. Both are well funded, only FGR have the balls to admit it. Edited April 6, 2015 by VPCTFC
