rebelade Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 I see that the Combined Counties league will kick off on a Friday night and was wondering what your views as fans, players and managers are. Is this something we could do at Slough? I understand that the opposition have to agree but with a few teams within 1hr 30 distance from us ,and I'm not suggesting every game should be on a Friday, is it viable ? Big J R Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 It has to be the way forward, especially with some teams having to ground-share. I do appreciate it may pose problems for some players with work commitments that only leave them free week-ends, but then, I assume they train mid-week in the evenings.
