The admission price will remain at £5. This can be bought on the door or online (available very soon). Our planned prices of the beverages will be set at; £3.00 - Cans/Bottles £3.50 - Pints £4.00 - Gin & Tonic/Lemonade £5.00 - Gin & Fevertree Tonic Each admission will include a complementary programme outlining the various beverages on offer. We are currently finalising the food offerings but we hope to bring you a variety of offerings. We also aim to have more cider offerings this year. The RAF Hornchurch Aerodrome Society shall also be in attendance again to showcase their work. The event shall be open from 12pm till 8pm. We shall also be selling sponsorship for this event. You can sponsor a beer/wine/cider/gin for £30 each where you name will be proudly shown in the programme and on display at the event. This year we shall also be accepting card payments. Live music will also be on offer throughout the day. This will be finalised in the due course. I have a few friends (yes, I know it's hard to believe) who plan on coming over around 3pm. I don't know how many but between 3 and 6. Thanks guys - an incredible amount of effort went into this and it ran so smoothly. A great day and super atmosphere... I brought 3 visitors who will definitely be back. Well done all. We are currently counting the money but it is believed we made a 4.5k profit from the event which is brilliant. Shame the attendance was lower than last year but still another great day. I am currently sorting the technical issue with the mixer and that should be sorted pronto. How's everyones heads today? I'm currently dying at my desk!
