The Non League Football Show / 23rd September 2022 - UEFA Regions Cup, FA Vase 2Q & WIndsor (audioboom.com)

It's a busy week in Non-League football a perfect window to encourage newbies down during the international break.
That International break comes true for some Step 7 players next week too as they represent the Amateur game in Italy in a prestigious Continental tournament. We hear more from the Jersey FA Chief Executive David Kennedy.
It is the Second Qualifying Round in both the FA Trophy and the FA Vase so we turn to Phil Annets with his @FAVaseFactfile hat on for some insight and stats into the competition for Step 5 & 6 Clubs.
One of those competing in the FA Vase this weekend is Windsor FC, we speak to founding Director Kevin Stott about the club's self-sustainable mantra, surviving the first 11 and a half years and where the Club can go to next.

It's busy at this time of the week with the other Non League Show, the Bedfordshire Football Podcast and, most importantly, Ollie Bayliss's BBC Three Counties Radio Non League Show, now, for some reason, at noon on a Saturday which is still taking time to adjust to. On today's eagerly awaited and packed show Ollie features Club's Marlow FC, Risborough Rangers, Burnham and Boreham Wood as well as discussing whether there should be FA Cup Replays, early kick off times due to the energy crisis and the weekend's FA Vase and FA Trophy action involving local Club's. It wiII be interesting to see whether SSML CIub's wiII want to kick off earIier on Saturday's and not pIay midweek matches in order to save on fIoodIighting costs, if so it wiII give Karen a big headache:

Mansfield Town has moved one of their games to a 1pm kick-off to test whether savings can be made from avoiding the use of floodlights during matches

This weekend's other Non League Show which includes coverage of the FA Cup Third Qualifying Round ties with speciaI guest Phil Annets, who wiII no doubt cover Shefford Town & Campton's tie at United Counties League Premier Division North Anstey Nomads:

As we reach the Third Qualifying Round of the FA Cup Tim Fuell is joined by @FACupFactfile Phil Annets and two anagers hoping to make the final qualifying round of the competition at least.
Tommy Widdrington as Manager at Kings Lynn has been the man to emulate this season with his side top the National North and unbeaten until this week, ironically beaten by the very Club they face in the FA Cup this weekend.
Jamie Vermiglio is now manager at Buxton, not having had such a great start to the league season but both he and the Club with their own FA Cup glory stories to spur them on to success this weekend on their travels to a Step 3 side.
Matt Badcock rounds it all up and the Managerial merry go round this week to help preview this weekend's Non League Paper.

This weekend's other Non League Show previewing the FA Cup Fourth QuaIifying Round ties, good Iuck to BiggIeswade Town:

The Non League Football Show / 14th October 2022 - FA Cup 4Q, Anstey Nomads & Ashington (audioboom.com)

This week we celebrate the Fourth and final Qualifying Round of the FA Cup. Yes, the Step 1 Club's join the competition but our focus is the Club's from Step 5 who began their competition journey in August in the Extra Preliminary Round.
First up though @FACupFactfile Mr Phil Annets provides us with stats and insight into the 32 ties.
Then we speak with Tony Blanchard, who manages not only the first team, but the bar and much more besides. He offers some insight into the stresses and strains of hosting a big club when you are a small Step 5 village side with plenty of ambition.
Also from Step 5 Ashington FC who have by contrast a lengthy away trip facing them which means a more relaxing week for Chairman Brian Shotton but no less pride, passion or expectation
Rounding up the week’s news is Editor at Large at The Non League Paper Matt Badcock with more managerial changes and what’s ahead in this weekend’s issue.

It goes without saying that Karen won't be listening to this week's other Non League Show with her nemesis PhiI Annets previewing the weekend's FA Vase First Round proper ties:

The Non League Football Show / 21st October 2022 - FA Vase R1, Newcastle University & Cribbs (audioboom.com)

It's FA Vase Round 1.
Tim Fuell speaks with @FAVaseFactfile Phil Annets about the 206 ties ahead this weekend before talking to a Club from Step 5 and one from Step 6.
From Step 5, unbeaten in the Hellenic Premier, Cribbs boss Richard Luffman is eyeing promotion but also a decent run in the FA Vase as he believes the Club have all the right ingredients to go a long way.
At Step 6 Kelly Scott is Chairman of Newcastle University in the Northern League Division Two. They travel to Step 5 Club Hallam in the Vase this weekend, aiming for only their third ever FA Vase win - the other two having also come this season. One of the busiest men in football, Kelly, also with his dad, helps head up Community Club Newcastle East End. Chairman, Welfare Officer, Coach he does it all but loves every moment.
Rounding up the week's news and what's to come in the weekend's paper is Matt Badcock Editor at Large at The Non League Paper.
