Three more of Mursley United's matches featured on Bucks TV during the 2009/10 campaign, firstly a 2-0 SSML Division Two win over Kent Athletic at Station Road on Saturday 7 November 2009 and a 2-1 SSML Division Two win over Tring Corinthians, also at Station Road, on Saturday 24 October 2009. Despite the two wins the Club finished a lowly 13th in the table however beat Champions Berkhamsted in a thrilling Division Two Cup Semi Final at Broadwater to reach the Final against Aston Clinton, at Broadwater on Wednesday 5 May 2010, losing 2-0:

Excellent photographs from Mursley United Development v Buckingham United First Team in a 2018/19 North Bucks & District League Intermediate Division encounter, at Station Road on Saturday 12 January 2019, which Mursley United Development won 3-1. Buckingham United joined the SSML at the end of that campaign and were involved in the infamous match at Station Road last season, on 5 October 2019, when all hell broke loose and the match was abandoned on 85 minutes:

I thought this one was already on the thread, the battle of Station Road between Mursley United and Buckingham United last season, in a  SSML Division Two fixture on Saturday 5 October 2019, resulting in the game being abandoned when all hell broke loose between the two sides on 85 minutes with Mursley United leading 3-0, the photographer chose 'a good day' to visit Station Road:

I wish players wouldn't foul on the playing field as well.

Some dog owners are very irresponsible and don't carry a plastic bag around with them to clean up after their pet has done its business, the trouble is you can't say anything in this day and age when you see a dog fouling the footpath or a park for fear of having a knife plunged into you or being attacked, unfortunately it's no longer our green and pleasant land which has sadly been allowed to go to the dogs by Central and Local Government, no pun intended. Coming back to Mursley United though, I see they start the new SSML Division Two campaign with a home game against Aston Clinton on Saturday 19 September before travelling to the King George V Playing Fields to meet Sarratt the following Saturday.

I wonder if Mursley United can make a winning SSML Division Two start on Saturday against Aston Clinton at Station Road however the Aston Clinton Park Club have had the better pre-season preparation playing some classy oppostion such as Risborough Rangers, Dunstable Town and Long Crendon:

It wasn't to be for Mursley United on Saturday as they went down 3-0 to a good Aston Clinton side at Station Road however there was better news for the Development team who have started their North Bucks & District League Intermediate Division campaign in positive fashion with two wins and joint top the table, Lewis Parkin was on target with two goals at Milton Keynes Irish Athletic. This Saturday the Development team entertain Tatternhoe at Station Road whilst the First team travel to Sarratt who also lost their first SSML Division Two fixture on Saturday:

A mixed day at the office for Mursley United on Saturday with the First team going down heavily, 7-1 to Sarratt at the King George V Playing Fields, however the Development team beat Tatternhoe 2-1 at Station Road to top the North Bucks & District League Intermediate Division table with three wins from three games. Next Saturday (3 October) the First team are at Station Road to welcome Tring Corinthians AFC whilst the Development team travel to the Lace Hill Community Centre to take on Buckingham United Reserves where they lost 3-1 on Saturday 7 March, the day the curtain sadly came down on last season.

Another mixed afternoon yesterday for Mursley United with both the First team and Development team in action and managing to avoid the inclement weather conditions and play their respective fixtures. The First team secured their first win of the new SSML Division Two campaign, following two defeats, by beating Tring Corinthians AFC 2-1 at Station Road whilst the Development team disappointingly went down 3-0 at the Lace Hill Sports & Community Centre against Buckingham United Reserves in a North Bucks & District League Intermediate Division fixture having impressively won their first three league games of the campaign. Next Saturday (10 October) sees the First team travel to Green Lane to meet Bovingdon whilst the Development team entertain Great Linford:

Mursley United were left all dressed up with nowhere to go last Saturday when Bovingdon calmly announced that there had been an outbreak of Covid-19 at their Green Lane base so the SSML Division Two fixture was postponed, I am not sure whether some of the First team were then summoned to Station Road for the Development team's North Bucks & District League Intermediate Division encounter with Great Linford but if so it did the trick as they won 2-1 with goals from Samuel Botham and Mitchell Young. I wonder whether the enforced two week break had an adverse effect on the performance of Mitch Toyer's men this afternoon at Station Road against Pitstone & Ivinghoe as the visitors came away with an easy 5-1 victory, to make matters worse they again have to sit out next Saturday before travelling to New Bradwell St Peter on Saturday 31 October which of course means renewing acquaintances with favourite son Jamie Green. As was the case two weeks ago at Buckingham United Reserves, the Development side were disappointing this afternoon in a 5-1 defeat at Main Street despite scoring first against Grendon Rangers however they have still won four of their six League fixtures thus far and sit fifth in the table, next Saturday fourth place AFC Santander visit Station Road:

The match programme cover from that 2007/08 Division Two Cup Final played at Cow Lane, I'm not sure why the date changed from Wednesday 30 April to Friday 9 May particularly as it clashed with the North Bedfordshire Charity Cup Final between Biggleswade Town and Langford at Forde Park:

An interesting programme from the first SSML campaign in 1997/98, following the exciting merger of the Spartan and South Midlands League's, and a Division One North encounter between Mursley United and Greenacres at Station Road. Mursley United joined the SSML from the South Midlands League Division One where they had been for just the one 1996/97 season, prior to that the Club had plied their trade in the North Bucks & District League:
