Amazing, 28 pages and no mention at all of last week's debacle. Greenford to win tonight.

Having seen both (have you seen either?) Broadfields will have too much pace for Tring to handle.

How did those predictions work out? :)

Richard Pacquette starts he scores and the Hares win ?

Yes, it's strange that Manager Jason Shaw doesn't seem to realise that isn't it. Here's both match reports from Tuesday evening and the on-line programme:

That's a bit of a silly comment Rhodes, I'm certain Jason Shaw knows more about Richard's injury issues than yourself, First on the team sheet when fully fit.

Not current SSML however I see from another Forum that nothing has changed, even at Step 3 level where former SSML Club Haringey Borough are now, I expect Club Secretary John Bacon was tapping his foot and watch with rage last night as he waited at the King George's Field for the 'entourage' to arrive:

Kingstonian 3 v 1 Haringey Borough - Isthmian League Premier Division
Prog 36 pages £2.00 - Admission £10.00 - Att. 346

The overriding memory of this evening was the hanging around on a cold evening waiting for proceedings to commence. The reason for the delay was that the Haringey entourage was stuck in traffic, which from observation was particularly heavy as lots of others went in search of their own personal last hurrah's. There were periodic updates though at times there was the thought that the evening would have been wasted and the officials patience would end. In the end we were up and running just after 20.30, a twelve minute half time meant at least that the 22.43 departure from Tolworth was comfortably reached.

Left it late though didn't you?

Last kick of the game. Although when we look back it’ll just be 3 points in the end, not how we got them.
it was such a shame for their keeper in the end, as he pulled off some great saves earlier to keep them in it.

A groundhopper from another Forum was at Forde Park and I assume The Cold End was there too courtesy of his highlights:

Spartan South Midlands League - Division One
Langford v Buckingham Athletic 1-1 (ht 1-1)
Venue: Langford Road, Henlow; 1945hrs
Entry: £5/£3, programme included
Attendance: 75
Not a particularly good game to finish part one of the season, but a pleasant night out all the same. It started well with Buckingham Athletic's early pressure producing a headed goal from a corner after nine minutes. Langford, who trailed their hosts by seven points in the league, looked sluggish to start with but slowly grew into the game. And while we had attacks from both sides there was little quality in the front line. Even some of the players were getting frustrated by their own short-comings, but eventually Langford did manage to score directly from a free kick just before the break. There was still plenty of effort expended in the second half but the only real point of interest was when Buckingham scored in the 65th minutes only for it to be ruled out presumably for a foul.
I've not been here for 28 years but it still remains a nice spacious venue surrounded by trees. The small stand and small covered terrace on the dugout side of the pitch obviously don't predate my visit, but the clubhouse in the corner probably does.

I wasn't criticising Jason Shaw as I think he is an excellent Manager, I was only going by what you said earlier and to quote, 'Richard Pacquette starts he scores and the Hares win'. If Jason is unable to play Richard for whatever reason then unfortunately for him Harefield United rarely win, it's as simple as that.

Shows how important Richard is to the club that even when he isn't fully fit he still makes the bench.

His CV is top notch so it's got to be great to have him around the club even if he is not on the pitch.

Savagebee - Yes, I wonder whether Jason Shaw contemplates starting a game with a half, or even less than half, fit Richard as he will no doubt score an early goal, or even two, and then Jason can take him off after half an hour or so and rely on the team to hang on to their lead till the end. That's what I was trying to get at before but I think TheLeatherheadLip misunderstood me, it's surely far better to start with Richard rather than bring him on when Harefield United are a goal or two goals down.
