A messege from Codicote who, after four successive wins and sixteen goals at the start of the season, have only one point from their last three games:

Merry Christmas everyone ?

TringArmy - There was a nice Christmas messege from your Chairman on your website, I hope 2021 will be a better and more stable year for the Club than 2020 was:

Just a short message to wish players, management team, sponsors, supporters and everyone involved in the club a very Merry Christmas. Many thanks for all your help and support during 2020 much appreciated.
Im delighted to report that this afternoon the new floodlights were handed over to the club from the contractors. They really are quite impressive and hopefully you saw my tweeted photos of yesterdays tests. This represents a massive achievement for our club and many thanks to all who made it happen, especially David Blair who really got the project over the line. Also thanks to our amazing sponsors, supporters and friends who donated so generously to the Floodlight Fund. Ill be organising the Patrons Board which will go up in the club in appreciation of this support in the New Year. Theres still time to donate for anybody who wants to get their name on the board just drop the club an email for details.
We can now look forward to the time when Barry Simmons will formally throw the switch and we can celebrate appropriately an extra barrel of San Miguel for that one please Mark!
Anyway, have a great Christmas and all the very best for the New Year.
Onwards & upwards!
Bob

This greeting, from Leighton Town, is pretty much the last from SSML Club's leaving at least twenty who have not bothered but shall we will give them the benefit of the doubt as it hasn't really felt like Christmas this year:
