Jago 188 Posted February 8 Share Posted February 8 (edited) My apologies for the late posting but the weekend was a blur. Did anything happen? 🤓 It's all been said on other posts but WHAT a performance that was. And Darlo will be "quaking" (chortle) in their clogs. After all we've had a 100% record against them for at least 15 years! The other good news is that the two people who backed against the Mighty Urchins on here both lost (as they should - but well done MikeMike for keeping his dodgy run going). Most who went for a draw also lost (if you see what I mean) - just 1961 COYS had the embarrassment of winning. And most remarkably of all, only four predictors scored more in this weird parallel world than the Chins did in real life.  One of these was Wivenhoe who got the second highest score of the week and still lost - but I'm sure he will have taken that as a trade for the Chins' continuing march to Wemberley. Down at the bottom, both CuppaT and PaulC won (possibly a first!) but were so far behind after 4 weeks they still fill the bottom two places  Golden Boot award this week goes, rather surprisingly, to Lady Jago , and Lucky B@st@rd award goes to Lord Upminsta who scored a pathetic 3 goals yet still won. It would have been tougher if Mr Hat had remembered what that knot in his sporran was for. Next week we have the Jago derby, Colin v Luke, and Fat Tom v Urchin Yid. So there will be tears before bedtime, one way or another. Enough rambling - here it all is ...
