Impressive lack of coverage on the Club twitter feed! Has to be said, our twitter feed is routinely bare and I often have to follow the opposition's when I'm not at games.

Probably a sad end to our Trophy competition and I am sure we would have all liked to have put on a better performance. But it does seem that we were somewhat depleted. However, it was always going to be a tough task even with a full squad.

It shows how far a head the National League is above the other ones within the non league system. Including the two sub-leagues, within it's own grouping.

No doubt we will hear the reason for losing players so close to later in the week. Although what ever it is makes no difference now.

PS. Congrats Albury, hope your luck holds and you will don't have to play one of the big boys away. Lets see what happens. Best of luck.

I was a little concerned when I saw no recognised right or left back in the starting 11! Still, with Covid tearing through squads its impressive we were able to field a side.

Time to bank the winnings from that little run and move on......although I fear we may be about to have an enforced break.

Same here just two players on the bench and one went off injured in the first miniute, will both have full a full squad to work from on the 27th?

Very much doubt it. Beginning to worry that Government restrictions might also have something to say in this fixture.

I think everybody associated with ETFC can be very proud of this year's FA Trophy run. Third round proper is (I think) the furthest we have ever got. Tough draw away at a full time Conference side - shows what an incredible achievement it was for Hornchurch to win it last year. Anyway, by my quick calcs I think the trophy run has added more than GBP 10k to the club coffers so no need for any of us to feel down.

Supporters were an absolute credit to us yesterday - fantastic to watch the clips. Fingers crossed that I get to see a game over the Xmas period - I'm flying home on Xmas eve.

att 877 ????

and to a professional club aswell

I did predict a dramatic dip on their average attendance.Always been the same.As soon as it's a cup competition and some of the gate receipts have to go to the away team .The official attendance seems to plummet

That’s what I was thinking and I bet it was a lot more than that
