Rugby Borough are competing in the Birmingham FA Midweek FIoodIit Challenge Cup and the First Round draw was made recentIy, ties due to be pIayed mid to Iate October:

Coventry Copsewood v Paget Rangers

Gornal Athletic v Nuneaton Griff 

Chelmsley Town Dudley Athletic 

Wednesfield v Cradley Town

Coton Green v Rugby Borough

FC Stratford v Dudley Sports

Dudley Town v OJM BIack Country

Confirmation of the ties, Rugby Borough's visit to MidIand League Division One Coton Green, who are based in Tamworth, has yet to be arranged:

Step Six Coton Green ply their trade at New Mill Lane in Tamworth but do not groundshare with their 'illustrious' neighbours Tamworth FC who play at the nearby Lamb Ground in the Southern League Premier Division Central. Coton Green were only founded in 1982 as a Sunday League Club however switched to Saturday football in 2004, joining the Midland Combination which merged with the Midland Alliance in 2014 to form the Midland League:
