That was some win at Hastings: a perfect demonstration of how to take your chances.   Took me 4 hours to get home mind you, but I’m not complaining.  Much.

Anyway, a new season is upon us in ye olde Prediction League, and it’s a big welcome (back) to Div 1 for CuppaTea, Dinamo,(if they have sobered up from their seaside trip yesterday), Ozz and Mick The Bat. And a temporary holiday back in Div 2 for Adrian, COYS, The Baby and Fat Tom.

If you have still to pay, please see "Champion" Paul C or anyone else in the club shop and they will pass on to me, subject to their usual commission.

If you are interested, the Autumn season saw the highest average scores on record (8.7) compared to the all time average of 7.9.   So we must be improving at last (though obvs helped by a successful Urchins campaign to-date).  I'll stick the full stats on the next post as some of you love 'em

This is completely fine.  All forecasts can be changed up to the time the game is played.     However a fee of one pint of Guinness is payable for each change made which I think is only fair for the misuse of my extremely valuable time.
