Our biggest test so far in pre season and hopefully a full squad to choose from.

Yes the Bees (go on you Bees!) even though there’s likely to be no known players out there (unless Jordan Henderson is a little rusty and needs a run out!) they’re still full time highly rated youngsters. From this game on you’d hope the full squad is available essentially Reiss who’s not appeared yet and we really need him and Kiki to strike up a solid partnership.

I make you about right Glen although Jordan Henderson might need some minutes under his belt 😏

Reiss hasn't appeared yet, although we don't know if he played at the Reading game, but these partnerships, especially in defence need to start coming together asap.

Yep, a very heartening display against  decent opposition.

Thought we might be in for a long, tough evening when we went behind after only 4 minutes, but to get back in the game from this early setback and then again  later from being 1-2 down is a good sign.

I know results in pre-season matches aren't super important, but a deserved  win over Premier League affiliated opponents can only boost the players confidence.

Was nice to see some  dynamic attacking interchanges all game, especially second half when we got on top.

Disappointing that Reiss didn't make an appearance, but good to hear that we should be able to see him play some minutes on Friday.

Overall, a very encouraging and enjoyable game to watch.

Very decent game to watch.

A lot of encouraging positives on the night along with room for improvement needed in all areas before the season starts.

Reiss Greenidge was at the game but only back from holiday a couple of days so was not included in the match day squad.
