New users can't be created

Hi Ian - it seems people can't create new accounts at the mo. 

On pressing the "Create New Account" button the screen does nothing - it doesn't freeze, it just bounces back.  Can you have a look please?

Sorry for the delay. I've been looking after the site for Ian for the last year or so. I've now fixed this problem and new accounts can be created again

I had a go at creating a new user and it worked fine 👍
