Thought we edged the first half and was unlucky to go in behind - maybe struggling up front a bit. Second half more of the same until the sending off (Makai didn’t really have a lot of choice there unfortunately). From there it was pretty much all Worthing. They are a very good side.  Credit to the guys still trying to play football when they were up against it. Well done to all let’s move on from this.

Thought we contained them pretty well first half, they had the goal and one other chance where nasta made a great save. Red card completely killed us off, need to see it again to check whether it was actually a red card, having said that theres no way we should be letting one ball through the middle carve us open.  We offered very little again going forward, if Hearn actually is out for 2 months then we may need to look for reinforcements because we look very light in attack at the moment. Worthing are a very good team, it’s hard enough playing them with 11 let alone 10. Another tough game on Tuesday night and we need a change in results soon

I’ve just seen the highlights and it wasn’t a red, Gibbs was covering, whether it would have changed the result is another matter but it certainly would have prevented the collapse. Hopefully we will appeal it

To be honest, felt the red was harsh as there was a covering defender but nothing you can do about that. 
 

Just a shame about the disgraceful behaviour of the Worthing fans behind the goall at 2-0.  Absolute p****s
