Theyre no better at home than away did have an unexpected draw at Worthing last time out but surely we must be more likely to pick up the 3 points.

They were 2-0 up at Woodside Road until two added time goals gave Worthing a draw and us a bit of help.

Bottom of the table but with a win and two draws in their last 3 games, one away to Worthing, tells me that they are hitting a bit of form just in time for our visit.

As many will remind us, there are no easy matches in this league. I for one will certainly not underestimate them and know it’ll be a tight tough test. Apart from one thrashing we gave them most recent matches against them have been tough. But we’re in great form (you could say championship form!) so I’d hope if we can keep our levels up then we could see win number 4 which might see us in the relative safety of mid table.

Looks like the weather forecast between now and the Saturday kick off is 4-5 degrees in the day & not lower than 1 overnight…. is that enough to thaw the ground.

It's pretty simple.

If the game is not playable today it won't be playable tomorrow.

It'll be a shame because the temperatures are due to rise from Sunday.

Not just low temps, the pitch must be in danger of being waterlogged as well I'd have thought.

The club I guess! I’m sure Chippenham have checked their pitch and deem it fine and if there were any doubts they’d aim to fix it or let the match referee aware?

if anything was going to stop the matchfrom taking place it would be waterlogging personally i can't see that happening , but you can never tell with some of these woose refs

There was a planned pitch inspection for 10am tomorrow which has now been cancelled as they have no concerns with the pitch. Soon see!
