Ridiculous my friend and I are 20+ year supporters there at every home match. Recently been buying online too. Very annoyed not all those buyers have been as dedicated as us. Feel badly treated. My friend is disabled too.

Does the extra 300 going to Torquay mean  300 less for home supporters or are we upping the maximum capacity to 3,300?

Whatever we do there will always be people who will miss out unfortunately. Rather than general access we took the view to only open the "general" sale to previous purchasers (excluding the Torquay game) which isn't something we have done before. It would have stopped a huge number of chancers looking to buy and then sell on.

The 300 will come out of the Hornchurch allocation. Capacity is set at 3000 and we have to offer 30% of capacity which is 900.

Also, it has been advertised numerous times since the beginning of the season that a HFCSA membership guarantee's priority access to tickets. 

There's nothing else we can do - especially with the security risk of Torquay supporters buying home tickets.
