New Signing

Nothing at all on the club web site but listening to AJ's interview we've signed one of our pre season trialists.

30 year old midfielder Chris Regis.

He has a lot of clubs on his CV, starting out in the pro ranks and has gradually worked his way down the pyramid.

Last seen at Brantham Town at step 5 so this is now a few steps up for him so lets hope he can revive his career and do a job for us.

He looked good in the one friendly I saw at Fleet. But looking at his career it’s not overly impressive and he’s had plenty of clubs which raises other questions. He was most recently with a step 5 club too which doesn’t fill me with loads of confidence.

Question mark on his CV about his attitude as well but as with all our signings I'll back him all the way until proven otherwise.

He did look decent in the game at Fleet as the 'big unit' was mentioned at the time.

He did ok in the other friendlies I saw against Oxford and Wealdstone.
