Slough Town Football Club decision to appoint AJ.

Before I start, I want to make it clear that I have no issue with AJ and as a matter of fact he comes across as a genuinely nice guy and a good person, but being a nice guy and a good person doesn't mean that will make him a good manager for Slough Town Football Club. I am a nice guy and a good person and have been involved in football for about 30 years, but I would be a crap manager for my beloved STFC, but if someone offered me the job I would say, where do I sign. We all want to do things in life, whether it's driving a F1 car, being in a Wimbledon tennis final or appearing at the Open Championship, but do we have the skills and the ability to do those things is another story. AJ said in his interview after the Dover game that he has been out of the game at this level for many months, but he forgot to say that when he was last managing at this level he didn't perform very well, to the point that no other clubs in our league were interested in appointing him. After all this, it is not AJ fault that he was appointed but A23 football group.  People will say to me, but this is his first game of the season, but I look at his record at Hampton and Richmond (where he had more of a connection with the club, as he played for them) and his record is not good. I know there are other reasons going on behind the club as to why he was appointed, but this is my club you are playing around with.
