Is time up for AJ?

The points we are losing out on now, will make all the difference at the end of the season.  I would rather ditch him for a manager who has more experience in this league. If we carry on with AJ we will lose fans, self confidence and our place in this division. Hampton 5 is unacceptable and Dover 5 is madness, against 2 sides who were favourites for being relegated. AJ must hold the record for not winning a game for 4 months.

I was all for giving him a chance (and it is still early), but right now I've no confidence in him.

Opportunities to win points will be limited this season, so we need to be getting something when we play the likes of Dover and Hampton. But then to be conceding 5 goals to each of them is simply unacceptable.

It’s silly to say after just 3 games but yes I too have lost all confidence in the management team. But it’s not just them of course but a lot of players just aren’t performing to the levels we know they can. Obviously recruitment has gone wrong somewhere and we need defensive reinforcements because to let in 5 to two sides who I think will struggle sort of says it all. We’ve scored 3 twice so we have goals in us but our all round defensive minder is absolutely crap! Plus we don’t have any leaders out there, shouting, giving orders, kicking players up the arse and who have the will to win.

If we are being honest with ourselves, we wouldn't of taken on a manager who hasn't won a game at this level for over 3 months and has only had 1 job and been fired from it. This is the problem when you appoint a friend rather than the best candidate for the job.

Think it was more appoint the cheapest option. Love to see that massive list of applicants and especially the ones they interviewed.

After watching that today, he needs to go now and take his assistant with him. Apparently his assistant is the tactical one but on that shambles, he might as well have set the team up with his eyes shut. If we wait too long before pulling the trigger (and even then at this point) its a relegation season on the cards already.

he does himself no favours letting Donovan do some interviews after the matches either,stand up and be counted and take responsibility..front up and explain yourself.

this added with the reluctance of being vocal and approachable on social media could be construed as having an aura of not being arsed to some people.

But I guess we were just spoilt with Scotty in that department.

Problem is who can see any points from the next 2? By then we could have lost 5 be rooted to the bottom and who knows, 5/6 points off safety. How long do you give them before it’s too late to claw back the deficit?

I agree regarding the interviews. Yes, I get that sharing the workload with your assistant is perfectly normal, but right now it's not sending out the right message. There's time to split the interview duties later in the season. Right now the fans want to hear from the man in charge as to how he intends to put things right. I also don't want to hear him say, "We take some positives away from this" again. I want to hear him say that it is nowhere near good enough and then explain what he intends to do about it.

Yes this is the dilemma, we don’t have much money so what quality of manager could we attract especially so early in the season? Anyone available as they’re out of work might have been out for too long? Then a big squad overhaul which may not help form and getting points.

This season is far worse so far than I expected, and I had low expectations.

Not totally convinced Jules watched the same match as me today? He says he’s hurting but doesn’t feel much is wrong or needs changing??? I think he maybe a little delusional currently because there’s obviously defensive issues, it needs to change before the next match. Where’s Gidaree? Just say if he’s left! It’s never too early to rectify mistakes.

What I want to see in the next game is our subs Oppong and Humphrey-Ewers given a chance to impress.

Great shame George Vorster has gone on loan, he would have been the natural replacement for Myers.
