Cherry Red Books Trophy

I understand AFC Wimbledon are entering this trophy competition this year as you can't enter the FA Vase or FA Cup yet. We entered last year and promptly won it - hooray for us - and had a wicked time travelling all over to various grounds in the process. Places like Netherne Village with their colossal hotdogs (and our fans dressed up as traditional 50s-style fans - daft), White Notley and their bonkers fans and Epping, where the inmates of the local psyche ward turned out to make some (bizarre) noise. This last point is true, my mate used to work there!

We're in the Vase this year, so we dont mind if you win this one. Good luck!

Hmmm... Colossal hotdogs at Netherne Village? We've tied up with them so our reserve players play for them... I must get down there. One of the best things about non-league football has been the quality of the food - so much better than the plastic [****!!****] we used to get served at Selhurst Park - but then when Ron Noades owns the catering, what do you expect?!

Is it Waltham Abbey away for AFC Wimbledon on February 8th or what ? Their website says Westfield at home yet everything else seems to suggest its Cherry Red day at Waltham Abbey - what's going on ?
