SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know if the trains are still running due to the snow. It's been heavy in Chatham all morning. I'm in Luton in Chatham and so will be travelling from Chatham station to Gravesend. I'll walk from work to Chatham station and then from Gravesend station to home and I'll be alright for that so it's just train info I need, cheers.

Harry, how long have you lived in this country? You know full well British trains cannot, physically, be moved from one place to another unless the temperature falls in the range of 16 and 18 degrees C, and there's no rain, snow, wind or slight darkening of the sky to mess the timetables about.

Maidstone is absolutely F***ED, I abandoned me motor and walked (more like slid) the journey to work...!! Got here and they shut the bleeding office!!! Think I will sweat it out and see what it's like later before my slippery walk back home..!! Still, plenty of opportunity to read the forums and post useless responses like THIS..!!

Leafy Dorking appear to be getting plenty this afternoon.

Worst we've had this year, though not settling too much. Ground very wet !

Gravesend Grammar. I heard it has to be a nuclear war before they send the whole school home...

Lol two years ago we (we being the Grammar also. ) got sent home because of the snow at break time. I remember getting beaten up by chavs on the way home. That was fun. Still, they let us home early and that's all that matters.
