Iv got a few bruises are last night training session. Last nights training session showed how much us lads are up for the game which is good to see.

what a really enjoyable game to watch i thought the supporters team should have won it it by 5 or six goals and it was good to see that contrary to some peoples belief the starting line-up were ALL canvey supporters
