I suppose that Hornchurch [****!!****] will be on to gloat soon as well... Oh well, I suppose he needs something to cheer him up watching that rubbish every week...

You total PR&TT

Are you the "Grim Reaper" in disguise?

Why invite a retard response.......??

You are obviously NOT a canvey supporter.

Good night and safe journey to all the lads on the M25

So who do ya think should be sent to the bench then?

Y do we bring out Tait 2 mins from the end and why aint Sedgemore out there from the off.

Clarke and Chenery aint been doing much of late either.

As for McKinney well.... good GK but personally I dont think he is up to Dannys standard. Think Ash should be the no 2. He served us well before McKinney arrived!

i dunno what to say honestly they were down to ten men and still looked capable of winning it, they had more chances than us infact.

the referee was awful, but which ref isn't, but u cannont blame it all on the ref b/c we dont create many chances after jonny keeling went off besides the goal.

at half time there was a confrentation by the burnham ''Kids'' or what they call themselves adults who were saying all sorts. and when it was full time they rushed on the pitch like they had won the F.A cup blimey

Absolutely fcking livid!! What an awful performance.

As for their manager well his behaviour was nothing short of disgraceful. If he thinks it's clever to turn round to the Yellow Army and call us a bunch of c..ts, well he has lost any respect I had for him.

Sorry Chris if my posting offended you but don't take your frustrations out on me because the team lost tonight because I am a Canvey fan and season ticket holder actually.

The only point I was trying to make was that following that result tonight, the Hornchurch fan who has been posting here lately was bound to be back to wind people up.

I am afraid that your humour regarding the "Grim Reaper" comment is over my head to be honest so perhaps you'd like to elaborate?

I appreciate the fact that you kept everybody informed of the score tonight, especially as I was at work trying to follow the game and thank you for the great job you did. What I do not appreciate is being called a total pratt and having my team loyalty questioned when you do not know me or anything about me, all I would say however is that I do understand your frustration (though not the total over-reaction to my post?) with the team being knocked out of the cup and hope that Canvey can come back from this setback by taking 3 points off Morecambe on Saturday.

I think Hornchurch would have shown a great deal more passion than that load of pricks did tonight!! The players should have two weeks wages docked and the money shared out to those fans who made the effort to be there tonight.(That is not a criticism against those like Chris, Rich etc who couldn't be there tonight but were there in spirit)

The players owe us a performance Saturday so come on Canvey show us what you're really made of. Those who've not got the guts for the battle well you know where the door is. Either stay and fight or get the [****!!****] out of here!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

Unlikely mate. I'd rather be out drinking than trying to wind people up on an internet forum.

schadenfreude, as it's german name suggests, has no class, but can be irresistable.

i will always look fondly upon yellow as nottherealharrypotter and fondly remember our cuddles before he got too scared to approach me anymore. i make the potter comparisons regardless of canveys fortunes on the pitch.

i wouldn't say they're different to other footy fans.

different maybe...

Anyway... back to the football talk!

I am so disapointed tonight. I dont even know what to say because of this result.

Did we underestimate them again or did Burnham just proper go for it tonight? I'm not gonna criticise anyone at this point because i wasn't there and did not see if there was anything to criticise. I just cant understand a result like this. I could kind of understand Saturday's result after talkiing to Ken but to not go through when we were given a second chance is unbelieveable!

We should be beating teams like this away from the conference fixtures because it gives players a chance for a slight breather and to look at things. Maybe a severe kick up the ar*e is needed?
