Biased Refereeing

Obviously got here before Robbie, sorry about that but we'll post anyway, lousy game, our visitors (nice people) came for a point. They got it, disappointed but not to many complaints. Except however the officials, in our opinion, they were the worst officials at the stadium this season, we have already lodged an official complaint to the Ryman League and will follow it through, not only was the referee totally biased, but he also told our Manager that our team were poor, (great understanding of the game), we might not have been at our best on a pitch that suited up and under, but five yellow cards, three absolute penalty decisions (not given) and a free kick to our opponents at every corner made us poor, they were a disgrace and we wonder why they never came into the clubhouse after the match....Do they get some sort of buzz out of giving decisions against the high profile players, we could be forgiven for thinking that way. Our two forwards were kicked all over the place today, not one free kick. Well done Ref, it was disgraceful. You and your officials will not be welcome back.

there were over 240 people in the Stadium on saturday and the only person (including the visiting officials and supporters) who didn't see the head lock around Taffs neck in the area was the useless referee and his two blind mice. What a joke they were. Just a thought, I bet they've been slagged off before. I doubt it very much, there's no such thing as a DG man fallen on hard times, they make to much money. However, it might be someone the boss has sold to in the past, that would explain it all I suppose. Ah..... bless their little cotton socks....he turned up in the Ferrarri and they were just jealous after all. we are WHU fans and live nearby, my boys always want to come to the stadium when theres no game at upton and we are grateful for the shirts and the caps, you're all doing a good job and i hope you keep it up, we came to the match on sat and you are right, you were robbed by the ref and his linos. I am not biased but could'nt help feel for you urchins. success however has a price and you are probably beginning to feel it, everyone wants to beat you, everyone wants to be involved, not always for the right reasons unfortunately but there it is, bad refs like the limelight and this one on sat certainly did, he spent most of the game joking with the players, i even saw him stroke cowleys face just before he booked him, refs get a kick out of booking high profile players and also from playing hard ball with succesful home teams, its the old

'i'm a tough guy' routine, been there seen it done it. ride it urchins it wont be the last time i can tell you. incidentally, 'stoney ground' was trying to tell you something (i think) you can't slag officials off on open forums. be careful and good luck.
