You can look back over any of mine if you want and I think you might find one which wasnt about either of you which was posted in a rage and you deleted it. (and i apologised)

Nowt wrong with abuse as long as it doesnt involve animals or kids. You gotta be able to give and take. To be fair to Ryan he seems to be able to give and take a bit of abuse/joking - unlike Gazza. He gives it but cant take it at all.
